Competition Command markets to homeowners around your competitions listings compliantly, in a way that positions you as the expert in the neighborhood providing a courtesy Just Listed/Sold Alert.
When a listing or sale takes place, our automated systems will send out (based on your configuration) a Text message, a Facebook/Instagram ad, and a Direct Mail Postcard. The text messages and post card QR codes utilize TheGenie's Smart Linking & QR technology to link the homeowners back to a property comparison page with their home already loaded, and the Facebook/Instagram ad will go to a Listing Alert update page that shows what active, pending, and sold listings are in the specific neighborhood.
Facebook/Instagram Ads
The Facebook and Instagram ads direct homeowners to one of two destinations. By default we send them to a single property landing page that shows the specific home that was targeted, the landing page has all proper attribution to the listing agent (and buyers agent if it just sold).
Optionally, you can elect to send the homeowner to our "Property Compare" landing page, which has a columned comparison layout showing the subject property in the left column and the homeowners property in the right column.
Text Messages
The text messages do not come from your phone number, they come from a randomly selected number where we try to match the homeowner's area code. If we do not have a number available for their specific area code, we fallback to another number that is relatively local to them.
