Sample content included in the text messages that are sent to owners around a property

Our Listing Command product utilizes a variety of text message templates to engage homeowners by providing updates on the market status of properties in their area. Depending on the status of the selected property β€” whether it's Active, Pending, or Sold β€” a text message is randomly selected from the corresponding category to be sent to the homeowner. The TagNames within each template are placeholders that will be replaced with the relevant information for each listing.

Below are the templates categorized by the listing status:

Active Listings Templates

When a property is actively listed on the market, one of the following text messages will be randomly sent to homeowners:

Active Status 1

JUST LISTED by TagMarketedByFirstName TagMarketedByLastName on TagStreetAndMode.

After a property is sold, homeowners will randomly receive one of the following messages:

Each template is crafted to provide relevant information and includes a call to action, directing homeowners to a landing page for a detailed comparison of their property. To opt out of receiving updates, recipients can simply reply "STOP."

Please note that the tags in bold such as TagMarketedByFirstName, TagMarketedByLastName, TagStreetAndMode, and TagLandingPage will be automatically filled with the specific details pertinent to each listing, each homeowner target, and the marketing agent responsible.
