Written by steve Hundley

A standard Listing Command campaign comes with 3 channels automatically launched

  1. Direct Mail - Hits the doors 8-10 days from order date

  2. Facebook - Goes out the day of if ordered before 12:00pm PST, next day if ordered after

  3. Text Message - Goes out the day of if ordered before 12:00pm PST, next day if ordered after

The Direct Mail and Text Message campaigns generate leads. The Facebook Ad is a traffic ad that drives eyeballs to a property website

Facebook

Listing Command is equipped with the ability to auto launch a Facebook traffic ad directing eyeballs to your property page. The Facebook ad looks like this:

Note TheGenie automatically grabs all the MLS stats for the property and injects it into the ad along with the property picture from MLS.

What do they see when they click on the ad?

It is not a lead generation ad so it will not generate engagements in TheGenie's Engagement Center. Instead it is a traffic ad designed to hit more homeowners for the budget (by default you are billed $50 to Facebook for your ad to run) and drive eyeballs to your website and drive up notoriety.

They are taken to a single property page where they can view images of the property, check open house times, view statistics, and see a market breakdown of their area.
