A standard Listing Command campaign comes with 3 channels automatically launched

  1. Direct Mail - Hits the doors 8-10 days from order date

  2. Facebook - Goes out the day of if ordered before 12:00pm PST, next day if ordered after

  3. Text Message - Goes out the day of if ordered before 12:00pm PST, next day if ordered after

The Direct Mail and Text Message campaigns generate leads. The Facebook Ad is a traffic ad that drives eyeballs to a property website

What do the mailers look like? They are injected with VARIABLE QR CODES which allow us to track exactly who scans them

As you can see, the QR code is hard to miss and we usually see around a 4-8% scan rate when sending these out.

What do the homeowners see after scanning?

They are taken to our PROPERTY COMPARE page where they see a breakdown of statistics on their home versus your listing / pending / sold property. There are additional calls to action to download a market report or request a custom home evaluation to sell.
