Listing Command is now self-service!
You can start a Listing Command campaign by going to Listing Command -> My Listings in your Agent Dashboard. Locate your Listing in one of the 3 status tabs:
Click the Actions button on the row of the Listing you want to configure a campaign for and select Start Listing Command:
You will now be taken into the first step of a Listing Command Campaign, if this is your first time launching a Listing Command campaign you may be presented with a number of red/yellow prerequisites to address before continuing.
You want to resolve all of the RED items before continuing to ensure your assets are properly branded to you. The Facebook Integration is only required if you wish to run FB/IG ads on your Business Page.
Once you are ready to proceed click Continue
On the next step you will be able to configure your campaign preference. The dropdown highlighted below has some pre-built configurations for you to choose from.
Once you select one, you can proceed to configure the quantity of homeowners you'd like to target within each channel.
Use the -/+ buttons to decrease or increase the number of homeowners to target.
NOTE: In the example above, the listing is Sold so it is the only Target Status available to select from. Listings in an Active status will see something like the image below:
You can save by bundling multiple listing status types. Such as Active + Pending + Sold.
You may optionally override the Target Criteria values as well. You can use these to narrow down the homeowners you target to one with:
Higher Equity (Consider setting a minimum Years in House)
Same Bedroom Count (Consider setting a min/max Beds count)
Homes over/under a certain value (Consider setting a mix/max AVM value)
Primary Residence (Consider setting Occupancy to Only Owner Occupied)
Once you are satisfied with your configuration click Continue to proceed to the Review step:
Here you will be presented with an overview of your order, you'll also be provided a link to view your Asset Proofs. Please view these proofs as what you see is what will be dispatched.
Currently Listing Command Campaigns have a daily 12PM Noon PST cutoff. If you submit before this time it will go out next day, otherwise it will go out the following day.
