Property Collections
In the "Property" section of the menu, you can create quick audiences surrounding a property. First select the "Property" section in the left-hand menu of the dashboard. And Click "Property Collections".
To create a new audience surrounding a property, click the blue "Create Property Collection" button. This will bring up the Create Collection pop up.
Here you can select an address and the number of targets surrounding your property. You can also check whether to include the entered address as part of the audience or not. Next you will select the Bounding Type - this will allow you to select what homes our algorithms choose. There are 3 options:
No Boundary Constraint - choosing this will pick the closest properties to your entered address
Target Property Zip Code - This will constrain properties to be within the zip code
Select an Area - For more hyper-focus, you can constrain it to a particular neighborhood or other boundary.
Finally you can segment your targets based on a variety of options.
You now have a saved property collection to download, optimize, or delete!
