Layout of the Partner Business Development Dashboard

TheGenie has a variety of different partners categories including Title Insurance partners, Lender Partners, etc. TheGenie is unique in that it offers a business development connection platform where our partners are able to invite their clients to view the work they do on their behalf.

Our partners are equipped with their own Business Development Dashboard

The menu consists of the following sections

  1. Account - Here you can edit your profile or change your password

  2. Reports - You can "Create New Report" which starts a new use flow, or view saved reports. Reports are what is saved at the end of a Genie consultation for area analysis. After filtering is done on the area, it is called a report and various audience types such as a mail list or Facebook list are created

  3. Area Tools - You can draw an area, import a list of parcels, or view custom made areas

  4. My Invitations - You can view all the agents you have invited

  5. My Notifications - Adjust when and how you are notified of a variety of triggers

  6. Resources - View FAQs and our help center

  7. Agent Dashboard - View your own "agent dashboard" that impersonates you as an agent. Note that you will have no listings as a partner so many functions on TheGenie may not function properly. This is just to give you your own playground to get used to TheGenie

Actions taken on the partner dashboard pictured above are

  1. Enter the target agent in the box to save areas under and invite when done

  2. Perform a search for an area by zip code, name, address, or where target agent does business

  3. Pre-filter any results if desired
