How to Order a Listing Kit

When your client has a new listing or recent sale, it is important that they are able to effectively able to market that transaction. This is where you can use the listing kit to generate social ads, direct mail pieces, property flyers, and property landing pages.

These listing kits come in 2 major flavors, a kit that will market the listing event and a kit that will market upcoming open houses for properties they have listed and which are still in an Active Status.

First, you'll need to impersonate your client


Once you are on their dashboard, use the navigation panel to navigate to the follow section: Listing Command - My Listing:

From this page, you would select the Action button for the listing that you would like to generate either an Open House or Listing Kit. Notice that there are tabs for "Active", "Pending", and "Sold". There will be an action button to Generate Kit which you will want to select.

The following screen will pop up and you will be able to select the available kits from the Drop down menu. For a general Listing Kit you would select "Listing Kit", while if you have an upcoming Open House which is in the MLS then you would select the "Open House Kit".

Once you select which type of Kit it will begin to generate and you can select the option to "Open Kit". This kit is saved for future use, so if some details on the property have changes since you last generated the kit you would want to click on the option to "Refresh your Kit".

Some notes on these kit generations:

  • They are most effective if you have gone through the process of setting your marketing settings (photos, logos, and other information) Learn how to do that by reading this article.

  • For the Open House kits, you will need to have entered your upcoming Open House into the MLS in order for the event details to be loaded into the various Open House Assets.
