Sometimes your clients may want to offer a market report during their listing presentation as a golden arrow in their quiver. These market reports can help differentiate them or offer valuable insight into neighborhoods they aren't familiar with.
We will now go over how to order an Address Specific Area Marketing Kit for your agents. Remember, TheGenie offers 3 types of marketing kits:
Area Marketing Kit (Area focused, or Address focused)
Listing Marketing Kit
Open House Marketing Kit (Coming Soon)
First, you'll need to impersonate your client
Once you are on their dashboard, use the upper left-hand drop down to select "View Property Detail". In the use-case of using this for a listing presentation, we will want to view the property the agent will be visiting.
You will be asked to enter the address
Once in the Property Detail page, click the actions button at the top and select "Get Market Insider Report"
Once you select that, a pop-up will show up displaying the owners name (Or the family name if owned by a trust)
You will be able to select the area (TheGenie will display a list of areas to select from that contain the address, or you can "Search By Name" to select a custom area.
After selecting the type of report (you can also request this as a Kit that is sent on a monthly basis), property type, and the date range for the data, you can enter the email addresses you want the report sent to and click "Get Report".
The system will ask if you want to subscribe if you had selected a Kit. If you select yes, this will deliver the kits automatically to the agent on the first of each month.
