We will now go over how to order an Area Marketing Kit for your agents. Remember, TheGenie offers 3 types of marketing kits:
Area Marketing Kit (Area focused, Address focused)
Listing Marketing Kit
Open House Marketing Kit (Coming Soon)
First, you'll need to impersonate your client
After you're inside their agent dashboard, click into the "Areas" section and select "My Areas". You'll see a list of their saved areas. Select the area you want to create the report for.
Once you click on an area, you'll be taken to the Area Details page. Click the blue action button on the upper right and select "Get Market Insider Report"
After that you will see the Market Insider Report request pop-up
Click the "Market Insider" drop down to reveal choices for the type of Market report
Market Insider - Sends a PDF market insider report to the emails entered
Market Insider (no bio) - Sends same report with NO BRANDING. For agents not setup yet
Market Insider Kit - This choice will deliver the kit
You can then change the time frame for the report, add an owner name for additional customization on the report if it is for a specific lead, and adjust who will receive the report.
Click "Get Report" to have the report emailed out. IF YOU SELECTED THE MARKET INSIDER KIT, YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE POP UP THAT ASKS IF YOU WANT TO ADD A SUBSCRIPTION.
This will automatically send your agent an updated Market Insider every month. A great way to offer value and stay top of mind.
And that's all it takes! You should receive your initial report soon, and if you subscribed your agent, they will get updates on the 1st of every month.
