Welcome to TheGenie! We'll be going over our first day of training before doing our live demonstration. This will help us get a foundational understanding of how TheGenie is setup and how it works to get your more title orders.

Why TheGenie?
TheGenie is the only system designed for Title partners to intimately engage with their REALTOR clients. With powerful best in class analytics and a patented scoring algorithm, you are able to breakdown hyper-local farms for agents.

But TheGenie goes beyond simple analysis. Once you have an area saved, you can invite the agent to your system as a partner. This locks you in with that agent and allows you to receive notifications from them if they request new farms.

Agent Dashboard (you are all equipped with your own version of the agent dashboard so you can see exactly what the agent sees)
How TheGenie is setup
TheGenie has 2 main components
TheGenie Partner Dashboard (This is what you see when you first log in)
TheGenie Agent Dashboard (This is what your invited agent sees when they log in)
When you invite an agent, you are able to impersonate them and take action within their account.
How to save an area/farm
Saving an area/farm is one of the key activities in TheGenie system. Your Genie consultation will uncover data the agent did not know about, and will allow you to give them the best analysis possible.
Everything starts with saving a area/farm, so we will spend quite a bit of time showing you how to do this.
How to invite an agent to TheGenie
Once you've saved a farm, you'll want to invite the agent using our invitation process.
How to request a custom marketing kit for your client
From there, your client is able to login to their account and manage their farms / request some upgrades. We will be going over the upgrades next training, however there is one action that YOU can take in their account that is free for your client.
We have custom marketing kits based around an area or a listing. We will discuss how to pull these reports and kits to add value to your consultation and inject yourself in the middle of the transaction to secure the title order.
