Manage Agent Invites with "My Invitations" Track, Cancel or Resend

To Use: Login to TheGenie and click on the tab that says "My Invitations". The full list of people who have been invited will show up at which point you can view, resend, or cancel the invitation

  • If the agent does not receive the email invite, have them check their spam box OR you can go to the My Invitations section > Look for the agent name in the list and click RESEND.

  • If you sent an invite to an incorrect email address, you can click CANCEL on your My Invitations section. At this point, you can re-invite the person using the Handshake icon that is alongside the loaded agents name.

  • To track the most recent list of agents who accepted your invite, you can also sort by Accepted Date and click the arrow beside it.

    NOTE: You can go to your “My Reports” section with your subject agent selected and see which farm reports your agent will see. If you delete a report then it will be deleted in the agent’s dashboard. If you add a report then it will be added to the agent dashboard.
