If you are an agent only any recurring paid plans with TheGenie, such as TheGenie PRO or Neighborhood Command, you can request cancellation by sending an email to: [email protected]
We require cancellation via the email to protect our users from malicious intent, the email MUST come from the same email on file in the account, we will not terminate services otherwise.
NOTE: We do not delete user account. TheGenie has a free/basic level that allows agents access to the dashboard and various free-level utilities. If you are on a paid plan and cancel, you will be downgraded to a free account and anything paid for will remain accessible in your account.
