What resources are used to capture the email and phone numbers for Data Append?

The info used are not from county records nor Facebook. We use multiple national data providers that we have vetted out and get the data from them.

We use multiple providers, so if one doesn't give us a match, we'll have an alternative. We can run it through another to see if we can get one there.
