I'm trying to signup and it says I already have an account

If you received a sign up link from your title partner or another source and attempted to sign up only to receive a message saying you already have an account, don't worry! This just means you were previously invited by one of our Genie partners.

Go to https://app.thegenie.ai/Account/Login and enter your login information, or click Forgot Password to reset your password.

If you have changed brokerages and now have a different email address, we'll need to update that prior to you requesting a password reset. Please let us know by emailing [email protected]

NOTE: If you do not remember the email you were invited under, please email [email protected] with your name and MLS so we can look up your account.
