I don't see my optimized files. What do I do?

If you don't see your optimized files after you purchased them and they have finished with the optimization process, first check your profile and see if you have negative credits.

Sometimes our estimator actually UNDER estimates what the actual price is for an optimized list. Remember, you only pay for the data that matches so we don't know what the final total is until the list is ran. If we match more than we estimated, you will still owe the difference.

You can click on the "add more" button where you show negative credits to "top up". You can see the cost in the table in the first row. There are also other options for bulk credit buying at a discount.

If you check and your account is NOT negative but you don't see your optimized audiences, send us a message in the live chat and let us know about it. We'll have the team dig into any issues and resolve it as soon as possible.
