The MLS data typically goes back 3 years consistently and in some cases we have more than 3 years stored in our database. However, it's important to remember that we are bound by the rules of the MLS and in many cases they do not allow us to store information past a certain date and sometimes take away photos for sold listings past a certain date. Our standard is 3-5 years. But ultimately it depends on the area.

Taxroll Data (including Assessor, Mortgage & Deed, & NOD) has strong data going back 10 years. Once dates go beyond 10 years information such as Last Sale date become sparse.
