If you encounter challenges or an error in our Genie webapp such as a blank page or not loading it all, the reason may probably be related to the browser you are using and the data stored by the browser.
To troubleshoot, you follow these steps and click the button
Refresh Cache: CLICK HERE
Update Browser: CLICK HERE
Try using a different browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
After trying on different browsers and the issue persists, you can follow the steps below:
On a Windows computer:
Try a quick Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard while on that black blank screen?
If you're on Mac:
Press SHIFT + COMMAND + R keys at the same time.
